“Meet the Artists”
Olena Harpster, Therese Kramer, Kathe Lisy
Saturday, June 7th from 2pm-4pm
Olena’s favorite medium is soft pastels. She likes to draw and pastels are the best tool for her to use. The bright and rich colors of the pastel sticks and the possibilities of what she can do with it inspires her greatly. She also likes to draw with colored pencils and it amazes her what pencils can do.
Therese is a fine artist in Ohio who specializes in both acrylic paintings and mosaic glass designs. A large number or her works are influenced by her deep appreciation of the Ohio area such as the small towns, Lake Erie Islands, nature trails and the even the animal shelters.
Kathe is a former art teacher who enjoyed a 31-year career dedicated to teaching fine art, crafts and computer art. Now retired, she devotes her time to painting and exhibiting her work as a mixed media artist. She will be offering 6 Kid-Friendly workshops at Bella Moxie in July!
